Betty Bomber
Betty was a twin-engine land based bomber - the only Betty Bomber in the lagoon. The plane hit the water so hard that its wing mounted engines landed about 75 yards away from the main site. The end of one of the wings is broken, but the rest is still relatively intact. There is a very limited penetration as well. Visibility was nice when we visited.
